Winnie & Friends is a dedicated supplier of genuine baby products, and as such supply items from only the finest manufacturers.

We have been trading since February 2005 via this specialist website! Because of this, we offer great prices and a super efficient service. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us. We encourage your feedback and hope we will welcome you as a customer.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier - just browse our online store and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Alternatively, telephone 0845 838 6121 Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

We accept credit (Visa and Mastercard) and debit (i.e. Switch) card payments, or postal orders made payable to Winnie & Friends. Orders will be despatched upon cleared funds (usually 4-7 working days). You can also pay by bank transfer - please contact us for details.

When you receive confirmation of an order, this is to indicate that we have received your order and does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a Sales Receipt. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
A courier or Royal Mail will deliver your order Monday-Friday or a Saturday with a Courier surcharge.
Delivery will be charged depending on the size and weight of your order, however the maximum amount you will be charged is £4.95. Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £50.00.
An email will be sent confirming despatch of your order. Once you receive notification that your order has been despatched if Royal Mail or a Courier attempts delivery and leaves a calling card you will have 7 days to rearrange delivery. If delivery is not rearranged within 7 days and the goods are returned to us there will be a £10 charge to have the parcel resent. The charges are for UK mainland only. We ship smaller items via Royal Mail to the postcodes below at no extra charge. However, if you are ordering larger items i.e. Pushchairs, Travel Cots, Moses Baskets, Walkers, Bouncers etc please click the 'Delivery Link' on the left.
Postcodes which may have an excess delivery charge are as follows:
AB31- 38, AB40 -56, IV, KA27 - 28, KW1- 14, KW15 - 17, PA20 - 38, 41-49, PH4 - 44, PH49 - 50, BT, HS, ZE, IM, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF WIGHT AND REP IRELAND
We are happy to ship Internationally for smaller items that can be sent via Royal Mail, but please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch within 3-5 working days following receipt of your order, providing your items are in stock. Some items may take up to 14 days for delivery, however, our aim will be to keep you updated about your order and will advise you via email or telephone if delivery is likely to fall outside of this timeframe.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Should you encounter any errors please inform us in the first instance by email sales@winnieandfriends.co.uk and we will respond without delay during normal office hours, which are Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

Any returns on damaged goods and/or shortages and non deliveries should be notified within 5 working days. If your item is damaged or faulty we will arrange for a replacement. We can only credit items as long as they are available for return with the original packaging.

Warranty & Liability
The Company will not be liable for any damaged goods or injuries resulting from use of any products. The Company does not provide warranties on any merchandise. Any warranty or promises made by the manufacturers are solely their liability.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss) arising out of the use of the information made available on this web site.

Pricing Policy, Shipping and Handling
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. We believe that all prices are correct at time of publishing but errors and ommisions are excepted (E&OE).

All goods remain the property of Winnie & Friends until full payment is received and cleared.

Carriage charges
Carriage is charged on orders unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.

Due to the frequent fluctuation in supplier pricing and other influences that can affect our costs, prices are subject to change without notice. For similar reasons, specifications are also subject to change without notice. Any errors on the online invoice will be corrected in the final invoice and you will be notified of the changes.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption via WorldPay - the Internet's leading online payment gateway. Your details are secure, and not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Most products will come with a manufacturers guarantee (usually either 6 or 12 months depending on the item), therefore please ensure you retain your proof of purchase. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase and not the first day of use. This is assuming the item has been used for its purpose, and no damage has been caused through misuse. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

If a manufacturing fault develops within the guarantee period, we will either arrange to send out a spare part free of charge or the goods will need to be sent back to the manufacturer at the customers expense to confirm the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found, it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge.

If a fault is found to be caused by misuse, accidental damage, or negligence, or it occurs outside the warranty period it will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. There will be a chargeable repair along with carriage costs incurred. Zips are not covered by warranty.

Please ensure that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period. If your goods need to be returned for any reason, they must returned in their original packaging.

Privacy Policy
Winnie & Friends do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with the goods you ordered, we will issue a refund if they are sent back in their original packaging, in perfect condition and at the customer's expense within 7 days. Please contact us via sales@winnieandfriends.co.uk to obtain a returns number. You will need to notify us in writing and return a copy of your receipt with the item. Items returned should be sent via 1st class registered post for your own protection. In certain circumstances we may be able to arrange a courier to collect and return the goods to us for an extra fee (approx £15.00), but this charge will be deducted from the final refund amount. Refunds will only be issued once we have received and checked the goods are in their original condition. We will refund the money paid to us within 28 working days to your credit/debit card. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee to cover any admin and outbound postage costs incurred. If payment was made by cheque then refund will be made by same. Should any parts be missing the refund claim will be invalid. Please note, your refund will only include the total amount of goods sent and not the delivery charge. We are unable to accept returns for items shipped internationally. Regrettably, self assembly items can not be returned once assembly is part or full completed.

Claims in respect of damage, short or non-delivery will not be entertained unless notified in writing to the carrier within the time limit specified by the carrier, and to the Seller within 5 days of the date of delivery for damage or short delivery and within 7 days from date of invoice for non-delivery. If an item arrives damaged please notify us in writing within 5 days of the date of delivery. We will arrange replacement parts to be shipped as soon as possible, but it is the customers responsibility to dispose of the faulty items.

Remittance Terms
Payment is required in advance prior to shipment of goods. If you are paying by cheque please allow time for the cheque to clear before expecting delivery.
